Return & Refund Policy for Bluegrass Feeders

At Bluegrass Feeders, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to assist you.
2. Return Policy
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Live animals
Once you receive your item, please inspect it carefully and notify us if there is any issue. PLEASE NOTE- during extreme temperatures give your animals a chance to acclimate to temperature. For instance, in the winter your crickets need to sit in a warm space for an hour prior to unboxing. After that period if they still aren’t hoping please let us know. If a box arrives damaged please take pictures. Most all issues are the fault of USPS or UPS but we can not get reimbursed for those issues unless we have proper documentation.
EFFECTIVE 8/1/23: FOR LIVE ANIMAL GUARENTEE WE REQUIRE YOU TO SHIP YOUR CRICKETS OVERNIGHT. If you live in an area that is within 1 day shipping you may select UPS ground if you live in an area that is 2+ days you must pay the overnight shipping in order to receive the live animal guarantee.
We ship by default USPS priority mail Monday – Wednesday. This is the cheapest method to get you your crickets. However, effective 8/1/23 you must select a UPS option that gets you your crickets next day in order for a live animal guarantee. You may select one of the other options but the risk is on you.
YOU MAY ALSO CHOOSE TO HOLD AT THE POST OFFICE to increase the chance of survival. If you wish to do this, please type in the second address line HOLD AT PO.
